direct your attention to page 4, Section 6.11, I believe

that in preparing the corrected copy with the words

italicized in lines 32 and 33, that the corrected copy

fails to show the deletion of three words in line 34,

"the budget and". Is it not correct that those words should

8

be deleted?

"the budget and", so that it would read "officer of each

12

house. A budget bill."

THE PRESIDENT: Is there any objection to

modifying the amendment suggested by the committee so that

15

in line 34 on page 4 the words "the budget and" would be

16

shown as sticken?

There apparently is no objection. The modifica-

18

tion will be considered as made. The words "the budget

19

and" in lines 34, page 4, should be shown as stricken.
