here just advised me that I have been making a tax on banks

when insurance companies are really the ones who are

responsible, so I am in error, and I apologize for that. I

was told in a recent debate that it was good that the two

19

of us were in this Convention, because that gave other people

20

an opportunity to know that we didn't all think the same

21

thinq, and maybe this is good today. I just hope that my
