DELEGATE WEIDEMEYER: Mr. President, I am very

happy that you accorded me this opportunity to appear on

the rostrum with you.

As you know, I am from Anne Arundel County,

and the only delegate from the city of Annapolis, which has

19

been your host town during this session of the Convention.

I, along with all of the people of Annapolis, really
