On pages 2 and 3, section 3.17ab. Corporation

Charters, strike out all of lines 29 through 50, inclusive,

on page 1 and all of lines 1 through 9, inclusive, on page

13

2; and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"The provisions of Article Three, Section 48 of

15

the Constitution of 1867 shall remain in effect as part of

16

this Constitution."
