DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President, I move the

Convention resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole

for the purpose of resuming consideration of the general

4

orders of the day.

(The motion was duly seconded)

THE PRESIDENT: All in favor signify by saying

Aye. Contrary No.

The Ayes have it, and it is so ordered.

(Whereupon, at 12:20 p.m., the Convention

resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole)

(The mace was removed by the Sergeant-at-Arms)

THE CHAIRMAN: The Committee of the Whole will

please come to order.

The Committee of the Whole resumes consideration

15

of committee recommendation LB-3. Will the pages please

16

distribute the amendment marked A. This is amendment 10 which

17

the Committee of the Whole has already acted on. The

18

amendment has been rejected.

19

Amendment 2 will be here from the print shop for

20

a few moments.
