beginning Wednesday in the afternoon and evening", not in

the morning, leaving the mornings available for meetings

touch-ups by various other committees, and for further

consideration by the drafting teams which are working

on the schedule of transitional provisions and legislation.

I would hope that by maintaining this schedule we could

conclude all second readings by the end of next week.
