The reason for this has been said many times,

but I do know of many States where their superintendent

is so embroiled in politics that it is quite detrimental

to their system.

I think that when our superintendent makes a

decision, it should be with the thoughts of what is best
|
|

for our children in his mind, not how will the governor
|
|

think and how will the next election turn out.
