of the Committee on General Provisions.

For what purpose does Delegate Needle rise?

DELEGATE NEEDLE: Point of personal privilege,

Mr. Chairman.

THE CHAIRMAN: State the privilege.

DELEGATE NEEDLE : I would like to acknowledge

12

the presence in the balcony above the rostrum of Miss

13

Eunice Albert, who is from Baltimore County and who has

14

been very active for a number of years in politics and

15

government in Baltimore County. She actively campaigned

16

for the Constitutional Convention and if we can elicit

17

50 percent of the effort that she put forth in the campaigr

18

for the ratification of this Constitution it can't help

19

but be passed. I ask the Convention to welcome her here tc

20

these deliberations today. (Applause.)
