As previously announced, Item 7-A on the agenda

will not be taken up today. It will be taken up at the

next session of the Convention which will probably be next

Tuesday .

The Chair recognizes Delegate Powers, the Chair-

15

man of the Committee on Calendar and Agenda.

DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President, I move that

17

Debate Schedule No. 12 be amended to strike out the debate

18

times permitted under Section 3. as I under stand, an amend-

19

ment to strike out that provision will be offered and

20

therefore no debate schedule will be necessary.
