Proposal No. 2I will be available to the delegates of the
Convention?
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 21,
all proposals introduced today ought to be on your desk
now or will be in a few minutes. Are there any delegates
who do not have copies of all the proposals that have
been introduced today? If you will wait just a few
moments, it will be distributed to you.
While we are waiting for the resolution, I have
a few announcements to make.
You should have received this morning sometime
on your desks in the committee rooms a copy of the trans-
cript of the proceedings at the opening session on Tuesday.
That is the stenographic transcript for the proceedings
yesterday have been reproduced. I don't know whether
they have yet been collated to be available for you this
afternoon before you leave. They may be here. If not,
they will be sent to your committee rooms. Again, as soon
as we have sufficient equipment, and in this we simply
underestimated the demand for the equipment, it will be
our attempt to have the stenographic transcript on your |
