642 So the Convention refused to reconsider the vote.
Mr. Stockbridge moved to open the third section to further Decided in the affirmative. Mr. Stockbridge submitted the following amendment:
Section 3, line fourteen, strike out the words "seventy- Decided in the affirmative.
Mr. Belt moved to open the third section of the report for Decided in the negative.
The report, as amended, was then read the third time, and AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
