562 WEDNESDAY, August 24th, 1864. The Convention met at 10 o'clock, A. M. Prayer by the Rev. Mr. Owen. All the members present except the following:

Mr. Purnell moved to re-consider the vote by which an Decided in the affirmative.
Mr. Purnell moved to amend said order by striking out all
Mr. Dent moved to amend by inserting "twenty min-

Mr. Mulliken called the previous question,
"Shall the main question be now put?"
