order, to wit; "that no extension of time be granted except
by a vote of two-thirds of the members present, "
Mr. Cushing submitted the following amendment:
Strike out the words "two-thirds, " and insert the words
"a majority; "
Decided in the negative.
The question again recurring on the adoption of the second
clause of the order,
