Mr. Blakistone, moved to amend said order by adding at the
end of the 3rd order, the following proviso:
Provided, that the expense of Reporting and Printing referred
to in the above orders, shall not exceed in the whole ten thousand
dollars during the entire session of the Convention.
Which was read.
Mr. Dorsey, moved to amend said report by striking out the 1st
and 2nd resolutions.
