Michael Newcomer, Davis, Waters, Hollyday, Parke and

So the Convention reconsidered their vote on said amendment.
The question then recurred on the motion of Mr. Shriver, to
strike nut the words "three judges" and insert in lieu thereof "one
judge;"
Mr. Ridgely moved for a division of the question, which was
put on striking out;
Mr. Bowie, moved the question be taken by yeas and nays and
being ordered, appeared as follows
