The question then recurred on the adoption of the amendment
as offered by Mr. Blakistone

Mr. Michael Newcomer, moved the question be taken by yeas
and nays,

Which motion was not sustained.

Mr. Blakistone, renewed the motion that the question be taken
by yeas and nays, and being ordered appeared as follows:

wood, of Talbot, Colston, John Dennis, Eccleston, McCullough,
Tuck, George, McMaster, Annan, Stephenson, McHenry,
