The question then recurred upon the adoption of the order: Mr. Spencer, moved to amend said order by adding at the end thereof, the following: "And that said messenger be Isaiah Aniba, of Washington county;" Determined in the negative. On motion of Mr. Spencer, The yeas and nays were ordered and appeared as follows: AFRIRMATIVE. On motion of Mr. Harbine, The question was taken by yeas and nays, which were ordered and appeared as follows; Messrs. Chapman, Pres't.
