My dear sir:—Your favor enclosing the Report and Resolutions
adopted by the Constitutional Convention of Maryland has been
received.
I shall most cheerfully comply with your request contained in
your letter, by transmitting the documents to the Legislature of
this Commonwealth as early as practicable after its assembling.
I have the honor to remain most truly your obedient servant.

The Convention adjourned until to-morrow morning, 11 o'clock

The Convention met, there not being a quorum present;

The Convention adjourned in accordance with the order hereto
fore adopted, until 11 o'clock on Tuesday, the 31st inst.
