Seventh — To the following bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Euphrasia F. Cooke, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, said will duly of record in the Register of
Wills office of Baltimore City, in Wills Liber T. W. M., No.
70, folio 436, etc., to wit: (1) A bequest of one thousand
dollars to "The First English Reformed Church of Balti-
more," now located on North Calvert street, near Read street,
of which the Rev. Joel T. Rossiter is now pastor. (2) A
bequest of one thousand dollars to the "Bethany Orphans'
Home," a body corporate, located at Wolmsdorf, Pennsyl-
vania.

Eighth — To the following deeds and conveyances to "The
Trustees of the Independent Polish Roman Catholic Church
of the Holy Mother of the Unceasing Help of the City of Bal-
timore," to wit: (i) A deed from the Minister and Acting
Committee of the Second Baptist Church in the City of Balti-
more, dated April 13th, 1898, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City, in Liber, R. O., No. 1728, folio
264. etc. ; (2) a deed from Fannie A. Hughes and Henrietta K.
Denny and husband, dated May 16th, 1898, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, Liber R. O., No.
1733, folio 360, etc.; (3) a deed from Harry G. Boyd, et al.,
dated June i4th, A. D. 1898, and recorded among the Land
Records of. Baltimore County in Liber N. W. B., No. 233,
folio 126, etc.; (4) a deed from John H. Duker and wife, dated
June 14th, 1898, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County, in Liber N. W. B., No. 233, folio 128, etc.

Ninth — To a deed and conveyance from William M. Terrell
and Laura J. Terrell and wife to the trustees of Warner Memor-
ial Presbyterian Church of Kensington, Montgomery county,
of a lot of ground in the town of Kensington, Montgomery
county, which is decribed in B. H. Warner's sub-division of
"Kensington Park" as "lot B," said to contain 15,851 square
feet of ground, more or less, said deed bearing date February
10th, 1898, and recorded among the Land Records of Mont-
gomery county, in Liber T. D., No. 2, folio 205, etc.

Episcopal
Church,
diocese of
Easton,

Tenth — To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of George R. Goldsborough, late of Talbot county,
deceased, to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the diocese of Easton, in trust for keeping up and
maintaining the property belonging to All Saints' Parish, in
said diocese of Easton, of the rest and residue of the proceeds
of the sale of certain lands described in said will, less lega-
cies, amounting to one thousand dollars; said will being of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Talbot county.
