LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Trustees
of the
Protestant
Episcopal
Theological
Seminary and
High School
in Virginia.

First — To the devise made by and contained in the will and
codicils of George A. Reinicker, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to "The Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Theo-
logical Seminary and High School in Virginia," of the ground
rent of six hundred dollars per annum reserved on, and the
interest and reversion in two lots of ground in Baltimore City,
the first being situated on the southwest corner of Sharp and
German streets, and the second on the west side of Sharp
street, beginning about one hundred and twenty-two feet and
two inches, south from German street, and which are more
particularly referred to and described in said will and in Liber
T. K., No. 234, folio 330, one of the Land Record Books of
Baltimore City.

Our Lady's
Chapel.

Second — To the bequest of one hundred dollars, contained
in the last will and testament of James F. Abell, late of St.
Mary's County, deceased, to "Our Lady's Chapel," Medley's
Neck, St. Mary's County, Maryland; said will being duly
probated and of record among the testamentary records in the
Orphans' Court or Register of Wills office of said county.

Shrewsbury
Parish.

Third — To the bequest of the sum of five hundred dollars,
contained" in the last will and testament of Ann Louisa Arm-
strong, late of Kent County, deceased, to the Vestry of Shrews-
bury Parish, in Kent County, Maryland, a body corporate.

Fourth — To the deed of Rosa Mihegan, of Baltimore City,
to the Most Reverend James, Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Cath-
olic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and his
successors in the Archiepiscopal "See" of Baltimore, accord-
ing to the discipline and government of the Roman Catholic
Church; said deed being dated the fourteenth day of Septem-
ber, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O., No. 1751,
folio 355, etc.

Fifth — To the following gifts, bequests and devises con-
tained in the last will and testament and codicils thereto, of
Melissa Baker, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to wit: (a) A
bequest of one thousand dollars to the "Home of the Friend-
less," a body corporate, by the 4th item of said will; and also
to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the said "The Home
of the Friendless," by the I3th item of said will. (2) To the
bequest of one thousand dollars to the "Woman's Union Mis-
sionary Society of America," by the 14th item of said will.
(c) To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the "Woman's
Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church
South," by the 15th item of said will, and also to the bequest
