59. To the Johns Hopkins University, the sum of twenty-
four thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and
one, and a like sum of twenty-four thousand dollars for the
year nineteen hundred and two.

Insane (Spring Grove), in addition to the twenty thousand
dollars already appropriated for the years nineteen hundred
and one and nineteen hundred and two, five thousand dollars

61. To the Fish Commissioner of the Eastern Shore, the
sum of fifteen hundred dollars, to be used in the development
and propagation of the fishery business and the erection of
the necessary buildings, this in addition to the sum already
appropriated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
shall, upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the Treasury,
pay the said sums of money herein appropriated for the ob-
jects and purposes hereinbefore specified, to or upon the order
of the person or persons, or body corporate, entitled to receive
them.

pany of Cambridge, Maryland.

land, That James Wallace, George W. Woolford, William F.
Applegarth, John R. Tubman, John G. Mills, Phillips L.
Goldsborough and Daniel H. LeCompte and whosoever may
be now or hereafter associated with them and their successors
shall be and are hereby made a body politic and corporate
by the name and style of the Tidewater Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Cambridge, Maryland, and as such shall be capable
