lege.

35. To the Western Maryland College the sum of thirteen
hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one,
and the like sum of thirteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and two; said appropriations to be used in
accordance with Chapter 499 of the Acts of Assembly of
eighteen hundred and eighty -six.

Maryland
Agricultural
College.

36. To the Maryland Agricultural College the sum of nine
thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one,
and the like sum of nine thousand dollars for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and two.

University of
Maryland.

37. To the Faculty of Physic of the University of Maryland
for the use of the Baltimore Infirmary, the sum of five thous-
and dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, and
the like sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year nine-
teen hundred and two; provided, that the said Baltimore
Infirmary shall furnish one bed, maintenance and treatment
for one patient at a time for each Senatorial District of the
State during two years from the date of the passage of this
Act; provided, that the said hospital shall furnish to the
Comptroller satisfactory evidence that it has so received,
maintained and treated all patients, free of charge, sent to
them under the provisions of this Act, in consideration of the
sum of money hereby appropriated and payable.

Men's Home.

38. To the Baltimore Humane Impartial Society and Aged
Women and Men's Homes, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, and the like sum
of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred
and two.

St. Elizabeth's
Home.

39. To the St. Elizabeth's Home of Baltimore City for
Colored Children, the sum of one thousand dollars for the
fiscal year nineteen hundred and one, and the like sum of one
thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and two.

Oblate Sisters
of Providence.

40. To the Oblate Sisters of Providence, the sum of five
hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and one,
and the like sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and two.

Home for
Confederate
Mothers and
Children.

41. To the Home for Confederate Mothers and Children,
the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for the fiscal year nine-
teen hundred and one, and the like sum of twenty-five hundred
