CHAPTER 552.
AN ACT to amend the Code of Public Local Laws entitled
"St. Mary's County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
by adding a new section to follow Section 28, and to be
known as Section 28A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," to follow Section 28, and
to be known as 28A.
28A. All stationery and other supplies of whatsoever char-
acter or kind purchased for the. use of St. Mary's county,
unless otherwise provided for by law, shall be bought through
and by order of the County Commissioners.

CHAPTER 553.
AN ACT to incorporate the Delaware and Susquehanna
Electric Light and Railway Company of Cecil County, and
to declare its rights, powers, privileges and franchises.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Joseph T. Grove, T. T. Reynolds, Robert Mackey,
Albert B. McVey, Carlton Kimble, J. W. Grove, John Ros-
sell and their associates and successors be and they hereby
are created, constituted and declared to be a body politic and
corporate under the name and style of the Delaware and
Susquehanna Electric Light and Railway Company of Cecil
County, and under such name and style shall have perpetual
succession, and may sue and be sued, defend and be defended
at law or in equity; to have and use a common or corporate
seal, and to alter or remove the same at pleasure, and other-
