CHAPTER 443.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County, in the State of Maryland, in their discretion,
to construct a Bridge across Narrows Ferry.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the
State of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County be and they are hereby authorized, in their
discretion, to construct a bridge across Narrows Ferry, in
Dorchester County, in the State of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said County Commis-
sioners of Dorchester County be and they are hereby author-
ized, in their discretion, to issue bonds to an amount necessary
to pay the cost of erecting said bridge.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 444.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter five hundred and fifty -six of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen
hundred and ninety-four, entitled an Act to prohibit the
shooting of wild water fowl from sink-boxes or sneak boats,
or from any other boat or craft on the Elk and Bohemia
Rivers, in Cecil County, and to repeal Sections three hun-
dred and sixty-one to three hundred and seventy, inclusive,
of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil
County," sub-title "Wild Fowl."
