privileges of a general partner therein and shall be liable for
the payment of such claims and demands as may be or may have
been incurred by such person, persons, firm, firms, co-part-
nership, co-partnerships, corporation, corporations, joint-
stock company or joint-stock companies for and on account of
and for the benefit and advantage of such business or enter-
prise only to the extent of the investment so made and adver-
tised, and to no other or greater extent; provided, that said
corporation shall be subject at all times to the provisions of
the Acts of 1892, Chapters one hundred and nine and two
hundred and to the provisions of all other general laws
applicable to similar corporations.

confirmed.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all the opeiations and
acts heretofore undertaken or done and performed in the
name of the Old Line Real Estate & Trust Co. of Baltimore
City be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed and
made valid in law as the corporate acts of The Old Line Real

Corporation.

Estate & Trust Co. of Baltimore City, and as such valid
operations and acts shall devolve upon and enure to the
Central Real Estate & Trust Co. of Maryland, which is
hereby fixed and established as the corporate name of said
corporation.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend the Acts of Assembly, eighteen hundred
and seventy-four, Chapter four hundred and fifty-three, as
also the Acts of Assembly, eighteen hundred and eighty-
eight, Chapter one hundred and sixty-nine, by adding two
new sections thereto, to be known as Sections seven and
eight.

WHEREAS, The Act of eighteen hundred and seventy -four,
Chapter four hundred and fifty-three, entitled an "Act to
enable the qualified voters of Queen Anne's, Caroline, Dor-
chester and Talbot connties to determine by ballot whether
spiritous or fermented liquors should be sold in said counties
or any election district thereof, was at an election held in pur-
suance thereof, adopted by a majority of the legal voters of
the Fourth Election District of Queen's Anne's county, and
