Free Bridges
Anne Arunde
County.

Branch, a tributary of said Curtis Creek, and to provide by the
issuance of bonds the means for building the same, be and the
same is hereby repealed, and after the thirtieth day of April,
in the year 1900, the County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County are hereby authorized and directed to keep the
county bridges over Curtis Creek and Cabin Branch, in Anne
Arundel County, as free bridges, and open to public travel free
of costs or charges of any kind."

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed, and this Act shall take effect on the
3oth day of April in the year 1900.

CHAPTER 7.

AN ACT to repeal Section twenty-one of Chapter three
hundred and twenty-three of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at its January session, 1860,
entitled an "Act to incorporate a company to build a
turnpike road from the Georgetown turnpike to the public
road leading from Adamstown to Greenfield Mills," and to
re-enact said section with amendments, so as to read as
follows :

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section twenty-one of Chapter three hundred and
twenty-three of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at its January session, 1860, entitled an "Act to
incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from the
Georgetown turnpike to the public road leading from Adams-
town to Greenfield Mills," be and said section is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows :

Re-enactment

21. And be it enacted, That this Act of incorporation shall
continue in force until the General Assembly alters, amends
or repeals the same.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
