and to repeal Sections 176 and 177 of said Article, and sub-title,

and to add new sections thereto, to be known as 141A,150A, 150B,

150C, 150D, 152A, I55A., I55B, I56A, 157 A., 157B, 157C, 158A, 158A, and

I59A, and to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Havre de

Grace to issue bonds to any amount not exceeding twenty thou-

sand dollars, to raise money to extinguish the floating debt of

said City, and to provide for the submission of the amendments

made by this Act to the charter of said City to a vote of the peo-

ple before the same shall become operative, and for other pur-

poses set forth in said amended and new sections............................
