of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title

"Birds, Game and Foxes," as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter

one hundred and three of the Acts of eighteen hundred and

ninety-four, so for as the said sections relate to Anne Arundel

County, and to re-enact the same with amendments......................

Salisbury incurred by reason of the inability to collect the illegal

levies of the said years 1897 and 1898, and to be designated as

Section is8A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title

"Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to follow Section

and Trust Company of Baltimore City, and to repeal and re-enact

with amendments Section three of Chapter two hundred and fifty -

two of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-four, incorpora-

ting said company under the name of the "American Banking and

Trust Company of Baltimore City," and to repeal and re-enact,

with amendments, Sub-section two of Section one of Chapter

forty-one of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-six, amend-

ing the Charter of said company, and changing its name to that

of "The American Bonding and Trust Company of Baltimore

City," and to increase the capital stock of said company, and to

enlarge the powers of its officers....................................................

Assembly of Maryland to the several deeds made by Samuel Ap-

pold and wife, Gabriel D. Clark and Wife, and William A. Kam-

merer, to the trustees of St. Mark's English Evangelical Lutheran

Church of Baltimore, a corporation duly incorporated under the

laws of the State of Maryland, and also to the acquisition here-

after by the said grantee of the fee simple title to any lot of ground

mentioned in said deeds in which it has thereby acquired less than

a fee simple, and to the selling, mortgaging, leasing or other dis-
