CHAPTER 731.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Police Commissioners of
Baltimore City to increase the pension of Herman Heimil-
ler, William J. Lowdenslager, John Davis, Jno. T. Kelly,
Alexander Slaysman, Jno. A. Walter, Joseph S. Townsend,
Ambrose A. Ryan, retired policemen of the police force of
Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Police Commissioners for the City of
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
pay the following pensions to the following officers of the
police force of Baltimore City, who have been pensioned here-
tofore, the respective sums set opposite their respective
names, as follows:
To Herman Heimiller, a retired policeman, the sum of nine
dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To William J. Lowdenslager, a retired policeman, the sum
of nine dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To John Davis, a retired policeman, the sum of nine dol-
lars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To John T. Kelly, a retired policeman, the sum of nine
dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To Alexander Slaysman, a retired policeman, the sum of
nine dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To John T. Walter, a retired policeman, the sum of nine
dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
To Joseph S. Townsend, a retired policeman, the sum of
nine dollars per week, in lieu of six dollars.
