SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 705.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, as repealed and re-enacted by the Act
of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, Chapter 123, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Miscellaneous Local Laws,"
to come in after Section three hundred and twenty-one, and
to be known as Section 321A.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section, to be designated as Section 321 A,
to come in after Section three hundred and twenty-one of
Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, as repealed and
re-enacted by the Act of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight,
Chapter 123, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Miscella-
neous Local Laws," be and the same is hereby added to said
Article so as to read as follows:

Naturaliza-
tion of aliens.

32iA. The Supreme Bench is authorized to adopt rules and
regulations governing the subject of Naturalization of Aliens
in the Courts of Baltimore City, and imposing a uniform scale
of charges to be collected from the persons applying for natu-
ralization to defray the expenses incident to the operation of
said rules and regulations.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 706.
AN ACT to empower the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County to sell a School House in election district
No. 14 of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County are hereby authorized and empowered to sell white
School House No. 2, in election district No. 14, and from the
proceeds of such sale, and with additional appropriation of
three hundred and fifty dollars by said Commissioners, to
purchase a lot and erect a new school house on the public
