House bill entitled "An Act to provide for general in-
dex to wills, executors and administrators accounts, dis—
tribution and inventories in the office of the Register of
Wills for Talbot county, Niaryland."

President Hubner, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county, from spending or
appropriating any greater sum of money than they shall
have levied upon the taxable basis of said county for the
amount of expenses of said county for the ensuing year
for which said levy is made."
Which was read the second time.
Senate bill No. 176, entitled "An Act to amend section
10 of Article 33, entitled ‘Elections,' of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of Maryland."
Being on its second reading,
