A., Gray, —21. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill No. 249, entitled "An Act to change the name and amend the charter of the Smith, Rouse & Web- ster Company of Harford county." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kirwan, Applegarth, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Beasman, Peter, Betts, Putzel, Bryan, Ravenscroft, Dennis, Williams, of A. A., Gray, —15. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the granting of license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquor or lager beer in the village of New Market (Maryland Line P. 0.), in the 1st Precinct of the 7th Election District of Baltimore county, Nd., or at any place within said Balti- more county within a radius of one mile of the Metho- dist Protestant Church in the said village of New Mar- ket."
