the Act of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled an Act
to prohibit the shooting of' wild fowl from sink-boxes or
sneak boats, or from any other boat or craft on the Elk
and Bohemia rivers, in Cecil county, and to repeal sections
361 to 370 inclusive, of Article 8, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ‘Cecil County,' sub-title ‘Wild Fowl.'
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows
