the Acts of Assembly, passed at Jsnuary session 1888.
entitled ‘An Act to amend the charter of the Agricultural
and Mechanical Association of Washington county."
Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 9 of the printed bill between the words "license”
and "two” insert "fleri facie forfeiture and penalty."
In line 16 of the printed bill strike out the words "fine,
penalty or forfeiture."
