license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquor or
lager beer in the village of New Market, (Maryland Line
P. 0.,) in the first precinct of the 7th election district, in
Baltimore county, Md., or at any place within said Balti-
more county, within a radius of one mile of the Metho-
dist Protrstant Church in said village of New Market."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to give the consent of the
State to the purchase of a lot or lots of ground in Elli-
cott city, in Howard county, Maryland, by the United
States of America, for the purpose of erecting thereon
a public building, and to cede to the United States of
America jurisdiction over the same."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Frederick county to issue
bonds bearing interest at a rate not to exceed three and
one half per centum per annum, to obtain money to redeem
the sixty-five thousand dollars of bonds, bearing interest
at four per centum per annum, issued by said county
commissioners under the Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1884, chapter 494,
