Senate bill No. 144, entitled "An Act to repeal sections 6, 15, 18, 32, 33 and 34, of chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the session of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments the charter of the town of Brunswick, in Frederick coun- ty, as said charter was enacted by chapter 577 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan- uary session of 1890, and amended by chapter 520 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1894, and by chapter 386 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896, and to re-enact said sections 6, 15 and 18 of said chapter 495 of the Acts of 1898, so as to read as follows." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Messick, Baker, Peter, Betts, Putzel, Bouic, Ravenscroft, Brewington, Rohrback.
