Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to the Gaithers-
burg Milling and Manufacturing Company of Montgom-
ery county, certain sums of money erroneously paid by.
the said company into the State Treasury for taxes for
the years 1894, 1895 and 1896."

Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Fish
and Game.
