1900.] OF THE SENATE. 905 Senate bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an Act founding a college in Frederick, passed at a session of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1829, chapter 123, authorizing the establishment by the board of visitors of said college of a department of Pedagogy." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Betts, Moses, Bouic, Putzel, Bryan, Rohrback, Dick, Wilkinson, Dodson, Williams, of Har., Gray, —15. NEGATIVE—NOne. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend chapter 149, of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the January session of 1896." Wasread the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
