Senate bill entitled "An Act to accurately re-establish the boundary line between the State of Maryland and the State of Pennsylvania, commonly called ‘Mason and Dixon line,' and to replace the same wherever necessary, with suitable monuments, and to make an approprtation theref or. Being on its third reading, On motion of Mr. Crothers, Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Fi- nance. Senate bill entitled "Act to add a new section to Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Kent County,' sub-title ‘Chestertown,' to follow section 59, to be desig- nated as ‘Section 59 A,' and to repeal and re-enact with amendments, section 68 of said Artick." Was read the third time and passed. by yeas and nays as follows AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
