Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne
Arundel County,' sub title Circuit Court,' to be designated.
‘Sections 108 A, 108 B, 108 C and 108 D,' authorizing the
appointment of a stenographer clerk to the grand jury
and defining his duties, obligations and pay."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:
