tions to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Department,' to
be known as ‘Section 126 A and Section 126 B,' of said
Act, said additional sections being intended to prevent
the payment of commissions to unlicensed agents or so-
licitors."

Circuit Court from Talbot county from issuing license to
any person or company of circus riders, equestrian per-
formers or to any person or company to exhibit for re-

osities (except models for useful inventions) during the
months of August, September and October, (except to
fair associations or persons authorized. by them) and pro-
viding for such unlicensed exhibitions."

tion to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of

after section 623, and to he designated ‘Section 623 A.'"
