Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to require the County Com-
miss ioners of Talbot county.to pay annually to the Com-
missioners of St. Michael's and the commissioners of
Trappe, a certain portion of tax paid or taxed upon the
property within the limits of the town of St. Michael's.'
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Docison, Dennis and Applegarth.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 359, of
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title Wastiington County,' sub-title ‘Sheriff,' ag re-
pealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1894, chapter 243,
and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

House bill entitled "An Act to require the Board of
County Commissioners of Calvert county to levy the sum
of $500 to reimburse the Board of School Commissioners

negotiable notes, bills ohligatory or other evidences of
debt."
