House bill entitled "An Act to more definitely define
the waters in Talbot county, where oysters may be taken
with scoop or dredge by the residents of Talbot county."
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."

Dodson, Applegarth and. Dennis.

Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 296,
297 and 298, of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title ‘Prince George's County,' sub-
title ‘Sheriff,' and to re-enact said sections."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Peter, Williams, of Anne Arundel and Wilkinson.
