Mr. Brewington, from Committee on Education, re-
ported favorably,
A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County School
Commissioners of Dorchester county, to establish a
High School in the town of Hurlock, and to appropriate
annually a sum of money to aid in the support thereof."
With recommendation that said bill be referred. to
the Committee on Finance.
Was read the second time, and referred as recom-
mended.
Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled "An Act to amend an act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session of
1898, chapter 259, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the
Real Estate Trust Company, so that the corporate title of
the said. corporation shall hereafter be Colonial Trust
Company."
Which bill was ordered to be printed.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Baker, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Kent county, to change the
public landing at Buck Neck, in Eent county, and to sell,
exchange,, or lease, as they may deem proper, the land-
ing now owned by the county at said Buck Neck."
Which was read the second time, and ordered en-.
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Crothers, from Special Committee, appointed to
wait upon the Treasurer and inform him of his election,
reported that the Committee had performed its duty,
and submitted the following communication from the
Treasurer.
