10, 11 and 12 of chapter 514 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed in the year 1898, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Frederick, Thurmont and
* Northern Railway Company, and re-enact the same with
amendments, conferring enlarged and additional powers,
and to change the name of said company to the Wash-
ington, Frederick and Gettysburg Railway Company."
