A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate the sum of
$28,133.10, with interest from July 21, 1898, to pay the
claim of Brigunier F. Bennett for remodeling and re-
pairing for use as an armory for the 4th Regiment,. Md..

National Guard, the building formerly known as the
Western Female High School, situate on West Fayette
street, near Paca street, in the city of Baltimore."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.
