enact with amendments section 745 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘City of
Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' as said sec-
tion was enacted by chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
