NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 188 to
217, inclusive, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub-title ‘Roads,' as
amended by chapter 49 and chapter 469, of the Acts of
1896, and chapter 309, of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add 3 new sections
thereto, to be designated 'Sections 217 A, 217 B, 217 C.'"

Being upon its third reading,

The following amendments were proposed:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

By President Hubner,
1st. In line 2 of section 188, after words "day of,"
strike out the words "June, 1900," and insert in lieu
thereof the words "January, 1901."
2nd. After the word "two” in line 4, strike out the
word "where."
3rd. In line 7 after the word "shall," insert the word
"have."
4th. In line 10 of section 188, after word "January,"
strike out the figures "1900," and insert in lieu thereof
the figures "1901."
5th. In line 121 of the bill, after words "day of," strike
out the words "June, 1900," and insert in lieu thereof the
words "January, 1901."
6th. In last line of bill strike out the word "May," and
insert in lieu thereof the word "December."
