entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article

and Forfeitures,' to follow section 3, and to be known as
'Section 4.'

Referred back to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings.
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 52, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Justice of the Peace,' sub-title ‘Process and Practice,' to
be designated as ‘Section 29 A,' and to follow section 29
of said Article."
