Maryland Penitentiary, upon their written order, when
and as said money may be needed for the above named
purposes.
"Section 5. And be it enacted, That the sum of three
hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treas-
ury not otherwise appropriated for the payment of
the expenses of engraving, printing, advertising and
of all incidental expenses necessarily connected
with the execution of the provisions of this Act. And
the said sum of money hereby in this section appropri-
ated shall be paid as and when required by the Treasurer
of this State upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the
Treasury, and upon vouchers approved by the Comp-
troller of the Treasury.

"Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the County Commis-
sioners of the several counties, and the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore city are hereby directed to levy the
State taxes for the year 1901, and annually thereafter, tG
be collected according to law, to an amount in addition
to the amount now collected sufficient to meet the inter-
est and to create a sinking fund for the redemption of
the loan hereby created.

"Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage."

paid by him on trust funds, such funds being exempt

enlarge the powers and amend the charter of the Jacob
Tome Institute, a corporation incorporated under the
General Incorporation Laws of this State, and whose
charter was amended by an an Act passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, session of 1898, chapter 76."
